At Fabcurate, we strive to ensure you love every fabric and garment you purchase; however, if you are not entirely satisfied, we offer a hassle-free 7-day return and exchange policy. Please ensure the items are unused, unwashed, and retain all original tags and packaging to be eligible for a full refund.

Return Process

  Visit our 'Returns Center' and enter your order ID and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Quality Inspection

  Once your request is submitted, please pack the items securely; our courier partner will perform a quick quality check during the doorstep pickup.

  Reverse Logistics

  After the pickup is completed, the package will be shipped back to our warehouse for a final verification against our quality standards.

• 4.
  Refund Processing

  Upon successful verification, your refund will be initiated to your original payment method or Fabcurate wallet within 5-7 business days.
